If you’re looking to start your first embroidery project, here’s what you’ll need.

Required material

• Embroidery needles
• An embroidery hoop
• Piece of fabric to embroider (our favorites are Essex and Kona)
• Embroidery threads, colors of your choice
• A pencil or transfer paper to create your design
